Terms and Conditions
Our store policies may be updated as needed, without notice, so please check here first for current information.
Secure Ordering
Credit card transactions are secure with Bling My Collar. Secure Socket Layering (SSL) is used, which ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. You will see the “http” in the address URL change to “https”, indicating you are now in the SSL secure area. You may also see a pop-up indicating that you are about to enter a secure area.
If you prefer to order by phone, please email Customer Service and a representative will reply as soon as possible.
Please contact us should you have any difficulty ordering from our web site. Kindly check your online order information carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for customer typographical errors. At this time, only U.S. orders can be processed online.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed via PayPal. You may use your PayPal account, or any of these major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express, which are also processed by PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card.
Gift Services
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchases in the store. Amounts range from $25 & up. If you want your GC presented to the recipient in a gift box standard Shipping & Handling charges will apply.
Custom Certificates
Custom Certificates for purchases in the store are always available, as well. New puppy, Happy Doggie Anniversary or any other occasion you can think of. Please contact Customer Service for any special requests. We try to accommodate all requests.
Concierge Services
Gift purchases can be shipped directly to your recipient, including your personal greeting. Just tell us how you want your enclosed card to read, plus the shipping details: name & street address. Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Any other custom requests? Contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
Availability, Pricing & Delivery Time
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is 14 business days, although many items may arrive much sooner. Some items are shipped directly from the designers, requiring additional processing time.
Rush Orders
If you have a rush order, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you. Surcharges may apply, due to additional shipping and handling expenses.

Every effort is made to maintain current and correct details and pricing for each item. However both are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Information
International Shipping
We are unable to accept International orders at this time.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping & Handling charges, as detailed below, will apply to shipments within the continental United States. This includes the cost of delivery confirmation. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Items that are heavier in weight or requiring special shipping methods may also incur additional charges. Sorry, we do not accommodate COD shipments.
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. The most expeditious method will be determined by us. If you have a shipping preference, please advise us so we can accommodate you. Shipments to PO Box address will only be shipped via USPS. All of the methods listed above provide Tracking ability.
Sales Tax
By law, merchandise and Gift Certificates shipped to a New Jersey addressed or purchased by a New Jersey resident are subject to 7% sales tax.
Return Policy
Authorized returns for unused items may be accepted if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns are accommodated with store credit or exchange. Returns will be refused & returned to you under the following conditions: If you do not contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) or send COD or postage due.
Store credits are issued for the purchase price of the item only – and valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Please read the following carefully for complete Return Procedures.
Failure to comply with these details will result in the merchandise being return to you.
1. Contact us FIRST for a Return Authorization# (RA#). This number, assigned by us, must be clearly visible on the out of the returned package or delivery will be refused. Please enclose the original packing slip (that arrived with your purchase), noting your reason for the return.
2. Item must be returned in its original packing, with all tags, etc intact, in unused condition. All instructions, informational material, etc. must be included.
3. We reserve the right to determine if the item is not in returnable condition and appears to be used, or is otherwise non saleable due to damage, dirt, etc.
4. Sorry, due to health regulations, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on carriers or beds. This is for the safety of your pet as well as others. Please make sure the dimensions are appropriate for the pet size.
5. We advise that return shipments be sent via methods that can be easily tracked. This is for your protection as we cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages.
6. All Shipping and Handling costs for purchases are non-refundable
7. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
8. All return shipping and handling costs are paid by the buyer. This would include costs for returns back to Bling My Collar, as well as reshipping exchanges or replacements back to you.
9. Replacements and/or exchanges will incur normal shipping & handling to be sent back to you. If you want to add any items to that shipment, normal shipping and handling expenses will be charged.
10. Please contact us for return address location.
11. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help you in resolving the problem.
12. Special orders, Final Sale items, custom orders, treats or food items are non-returnable
13. Please measure carefully for all items, as only 1 exchange per item is allowed.
Subsequent exchanges will included a $15 handling charge per item. Heavier or special shipping items may include additional expenses.
Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages
1. Please notify us if your order does not arrive with in the approximate delivery time listed in the item details. We cannot be responsible for notifications after 30 days, so please contact us as soon as possible.
2. If you wish reshipment of a refused delivery, normal shipping & handling fees will again apply for the reshipment. This policy would also apply to unclaimed packages or misinformation from the customer regarding shipping.
3. We will assess a restocking fee of 25% if we are unable to contact you regarding undelivered packages. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Bling My Collar ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States but not to international locations. Nor does Bling My Collar ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Bling My Collar charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. 7% sales tax is charged for all shipments to NJ.

Payment & Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Bling My Collar reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase from Bling My Collar. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please email Customer Service for a Return Authorization. We will try to accommodate all requests for replacement or credit. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please email Customer Service for instructions. Replacement or store credit will be issued, less any return shipping charges.
